Marion Hoffmann

Board member 

Marion is the commercial manager of Bauck, an organic milling processor that produces and sells high quality food products such as flours, mueslis, porridges, and baking mixes made from organic and Demeter-certified ingredients. Before that, she worked at Lehmann Natur (a leading organic fruit and vegetable wholesaler) - first in the purchase department, later as a member of the managing board. Marion is assessor of the executive board of Demeter in Norden and a board member of the Society for Permaculture in Agriculture (GePeLa). In addition to her love of organic seeds and food, she is a skilled horse rider who loves the outdoors.
